Union Cheer Wins Nationals
GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT: Union Varsity Cheerleaders recently took first place in the Universal Cheerleaders Association Nation Championship in Florida.
The Union Varsity Cheerleaders won the Universal Cheerleaders Association National Champion-ship at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fla. this month. The squad beat 16 other teams in the Super Varsity division.
Union was leading in the semifinals and went on to win the Championship in the evening on Valentine’s Day. The holiday became a little sweeter for the squad when they were given national titles to bring home to their community.
