Kelley Baseball Fierce, Composed
The Bishop Kelley Comets are the most composed, level headed team on the diamond this spring. During 5A regionals, they systematically pieced together three straight wins to earn their ninth straight state tournament appearance.
Kelley beat their regional foes by a margin of 36-4. The team is poised well to take state.
As the Midtown Monitor goes to press the Comets are battling their way to the crown at the 2010 5A state tournament.
