Blooms, Barbecue And Bingo! RARC This Spring
Each spring, RARC Inc., Jenks, hosts three events which generate both financial support and community awareness for our organization. The public is invited to the following events to join in for fun, friends and an opportunity to show your support for RARC.
April 25: RARC is at the Jenks Herb & Plant Festival in downtown Jenks. RARC will again be selling hanging baskets and patio pots from Southwood Landscape & Nursery. Please plan to visit their space and take home some beautiful blossoms for your home.
May 19: RARC’s 4th Annual Backyard Barbecue Bash will be at Dresser Mansion in Tulsa. This event has become a favorite of many supporters who enjoy kicking off summer with great food, fun and live music from the Red Dirt Rangers! The BBQ Bash also features a unique silent auction. Tickets are just $75 and available from RARC. Special rates are available for tables of ten.
June 18: RARC’s 13th Annual Bingo Bash in Jenks. Are you a player? Find out for sure at the Bingo Bash with prizes galore. Ticket price includes supper and are a bargain for $30. Tickets are available from RARC.
2009 marks RARC’s 38th year of service to the Jenks and the Greater Tulsa community. RARC provides essential training, counseling and a myriad of resources to individuals with disabilities, so that they may achieve greater independence and the rewarding experience of employment. RARC is a 501©(3) organization and a member of Tulsa Area United Way.
