Lexington Hotel Suites & Inns has accommodated guests for well over two decades and it continues to lead the way in the hotel industry with fresh new ideas. Texans Ric Wilkins of Austin and Mike Wilkins of Dallas own the parent company, Lexington Management Corporation.
The company has seen recent internal changes as it has branched out and developed a new reservation company, Genares Worldwide Reservations. Eugene Harris, a 25-year veteran to the company, will be the president of Genares. Shane Mansell, a nine-year veteran of the company, will preside as director of operations for Lexington Management Corporation.
Lexington Hotel Suites & Inns pioneered the “all-suite” and “extended stay” hotel concepts in the late 1970s. Lexington was the first chain to offer all-suite properties with full kitchens. “We have successfully catered to both nightly and extended stay guests for the past 25 years,” says Ric Wilkins. “We are stepping forward in the marketplace and striving to better accommodate the changing needs of our customers,” expresses Mike Wilkins.
Lexington Hotel Suites & Inns is continuing to improve as the marketplace continues to improve. Our newest concept will be the Cybersuite, which includes plasma screen televisions in both the living room and bedroom, recliners and free high speed wireless internet.
