BA Rugby Roaringly Successful

Broken Arrow Rugby is no. 4 in the standings at end of regular season and no. 2 in the highest points scored category. In the regular season, the Tigers beat every team they played that was ranked higher than they were at the time except one, Bixby. Brethen is currently no. 2 in standings but BA beat them in a regular season matchup.
BA Rugby was the only Oklahoma Team at the St. Louis Ruggerfest and they made it to the finals where they lost to St. Charles Rugby from Illinois. There is no shame in this loss. St. Charles took two teams to the Ruggerfest last year and they were the two teams in the finals.
Another notable win was a 36-5 routing of Union with trys scored by Cody Moran, Scott Riggs and Josh Gerner.
State Playoffs were held over the weekend of Apr. 18 and 19. Pick up your Broken Arrow Express next month for highlights.
